If you are dissatisfied with your Mosaic Tile order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. You may return most items sold by Mosaic Tile within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee.
If the return is a result of our error, Mosaic Tile will refund the item cost and pay for your return shipping .
Custom orders are not returnable. Please ensure that you have a complete understanding of your custom project and have signed and returned the authorization form to Mosaic Tile before work has begun.
Please call 941-729-7472 prior to shipping back returned product. You will need a RGA # prior to acceptance and shipping address for any returned items. Once you recieve your RGA #, please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address given.
If your package arrives damaged, please call us so we can determine if the damage is from shipping or improper package opening.
Mosaic Tile is not responsible for damage due to improper package opening or damage during installation.
